Managing Director

Walter Duccini serves as Managing Director at Gamers Outreach, bringing years of experience building marketing and brand development teams. He guides program execution and leads the organization’s crew, ensuring the mission remains at the center of everything we do. Outside of work, Walter loves huskies and ’90s grunge music.

Shaun Fyall

Operations Director

Shaun keeps the ship afloat by overseeing our program activity in hospitals as well as our annual Gamers for Giving fundraiser. He’s responsible for logistics and process, aka our “get things done” guy.

Edwin Nolasco

Marketing Director

Edwin Nolasco is a U.S. Navy veteran who transitioned from military service into the fast-moving worlds of esports and growth marketing in 2018. Combining a lifelong passion for gaming with a sharp instinct for strategy and audience engagement, Edwin has built a meaningful career helping brands and organizations make an impact throughout the gaming industry.

Anastasia Clay

Director of P2P Fundraising

Anastasia Clay serves as Director of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising at Gamers Outreach, cultivating relationships with content creators and community fundraisers who are passionate about supporting our mission. She helps partners turn their platforms and ideas into meaningful campaigns that raise awareness and generate support for Gamers Outreach programs.

Cooper Holliday

Business Development Manager

Cooper Holliday serves as Business Development Manager at Gamers Outreach, combining his passion for video games with a talent for building strong relationships. He helps expand the organization’s portfolio of external partners and creates new opportunities to support the Gamers Outreach mission. He may or may not also be the best Halo player in the building - when Walshy isn't around.

Martin Omes

Program Logistics Manager

Martin Omes serves as Program Logistics Manager at Gamers Outreach, helping ensure our programs operate smoothly within hospitals. He coordinates GO Kart shipments, responds to support requests, and keeps equipment moving where it is needed most - all while reminding the team that Canada has the world’s best maple syrup.

Kaitlin Lewis

Program Support Manager

Kaitlin Lewis serves as Program Support Manager at Gamers Outreach, bringing years of experience as a dedicated volunteer with the organization. As a member of the Operations Team, she supports a diverse range of programs by drawing on her background in healthcare, gaming, and project management. Outside of work, Kaitlin loves cooking and baking - and is known to make a mean loaf of sourdough.

Lauren Harvey

Grant Manager

Lauren combines data and storytelling to grow programs that impact kids’ lives. With experience in nonprofit development and grant writing, she believes every child deserves the chance to play and connect. She sees games as powerful tools for healing and joy. Outside of work, she enjoys cozy video games like Stardew Valley and Harvest Moon.

Josh Wittenkeller

Talent Manager

Josh shares the love of all things gaming, streaming, community, and Pokémon with our team. He also happens to have a knack for finding creators who want to make a difference. Big win!

Social Media Manager

Brandon shares the impact of our programs and our mutual love for gaming and pop culture across our social channels.

Danreb Victorio

Community Coordinator

Our Community Coordinator is a self-proclaimed “double agent” in the gaming industry with his 20 years running SmashPad and high level knowledge as a Community Manager. When he’s not doing anything gaming-related, Danreb enjoys being both a foodie and a cheesehead.

One of the founding fathers of modern esports, SirScoots brings a wealth of experience to the Gamers Outreach team, and has built multiple GO Karts!

Christie St. Martin

Advisory Board

Christie has managed social media communities and produced content for companies like J.P. Morgan Chase, L’Oréal, and Viacom. She’s currently the CEO at Gamers.Vote, helping to engage gamers in the political process.

Jeff Royle

Advisory Board

Jeff is a game industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in business development and developer relations.

Kristin Reilly

Advisory Board

Kristin worked in one of Oregon’s largest emergency departments before transitioning into the video game industry. For more than 20 years, she’s led community growth for the likes of Hewlett Packard, CBS Interactive, Microsoft, and several startups.

Miguel Gil

Advisory Board

Prior to branching out into the world of esports, Miguel was a program manager on the Xbox Accessories team. He brings more than 15 years of consumer technology knowledge to our team.

Arda Ocal

Advisory Board

Arda is a sports host at ESPN! He flew himself to a Gamers for Giving event, stole a microphone from Goldenboy, and started hosting our broadcast to prove his passion for the cause. We couldn’t help but add him to the team!

Zach Wigal

Founder & Board President

Zach Wigal is the Founder and Board President of Gamers Outreach. Since starting the organization as a high school student in 2007, he has helped grow its programs to support more than 500 healthcare facilities and enable millions of play experiences for hospitalized children each year. A lifelong philanthropist and entrepreneur, Zach also leads Olive & Grand Company, a holding firm active across software, media, and consumer ventures. Outside of work, he is a rotorcraft pilot, musician, and motorsports enthusiast.

Ryan Fitzpatrick

Board Chair

Ryan Fitzpatrick serves as Board Chair of Gamers Outreach, bringing more than 20 years of experience building brands, communities, and businesses across gaming, esports, entertainment, and performance culture. A longtime leader within the organization, Ryan has helped guide Gamers Outreach through significant growth and expansion. He supports the Board and leadership team with strategic insight, industry perspective, and a talent for recognizing opportunities before they become obvious.

Jordan Reiss

Board Treasurer

Jordan Reiss serves as Treasurer on the Gamers Outreach Board of Directors. A seasoned entrepreneur and business executive, Jordan co-founded ASTRO Gaming and helped build the company into a leading gaming peripherals brand before its acquisition by Logitech in 2017. Today, he is an active investor who brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship, finance, brand development, and business growth to the Gamers Outreach mission.

Dave Walsh

Board Secretary

Dave Walsh, better known as “Walshy,” is one of competitive gaming’s most accomplished and influential figures. After becoming Red Bull’s first sponsored gamer and winning more than 30 major events, he later returned to the company to help build its gaming influencer program, sign leading creators, and develop new gaming initiatives. Dave retired from Red Bull in 2026 and is now taking time to focus on his family.

Johnny Hou

Director

Johnny Hou is the founder of NZXT, a global gaming hardware company known for creating thoughtfully designed products for PC gamers and builders. An entrepreneur with deep roots in the gaming community, Johnny brings extensive experience in product development, brand building, and growing a company around the needs of its audience.

Ryan Wyatt

Director

Ryan Wyatt serves as a Director on the Gamers Outreach Board. A seasoned technology and gaming executive, Ryan has spent nearly two decades building and scaling consumer platforms used by hundreds of millions of people. His leadership experience includes serving as Global Head of Gaming at YouTube, President of Polygon Labs, Chief Growth Officer at Optimism, and CEO of Cronos Labs. He brings deep expertise in product development, partnerships, organizational growth, and the evolving worlds of gaming, technology, and digital communities.

Aaron Greenberg

Director

Aaron Greenberg serves as a Director on the Gamers Outreach Board. As Vice President of Games Marketing at Xbox, Aaron brings more than 20 years of leadership experience at Microsoft, where he has built high-performing teams and led global initiatives across marketing, communications, and business strategy. He contributes deep expertise in brand building, industry partnerships, and connecting gaming communities around the world.

Dr. Juan Espinoza

Director

Dr. Juan Espinoza serves as a Director on the Gamers Outreach Board. A pediatrician, researcher, and healthcare technology leader, Juan is Chief Research Informatics Officer at the Stanley Manne Children’s Research Institute and Director of the Consortium for Technology & Innovation in Pediatrics. He brings deep expertise in biomedical informatics, medical devices, health equity, and the use of technology to improve outcomes for children and families.

Ryan, better known as GoodTimesWithScar, is a Minecraft creator and longtime member of the Hermitcraft community, celebrated for his imaginative builds, storytelling, and relentlessly positive spirit. Drawing from his own experiences with hospitalization, Scar is a passionate advocate for improving quality of life for children receiving care. As a member of the Gamers Outreach Board of Directors, he brings creativity, lived experience, and a deep belief in the power of play to the organization’s mission.
