The countdown has officially begun.
We are officially 92 days away from Gamers Outreach’s biggest event of the year, Gamers For Giving! Before we talk about stuff to expect this year, let’s take one last look at all the fun we had last year.
Let’s Run It Back!
For the uninitiated, Gamers For Giving (GFG) is the event that started it all for Gamers Outreach. Since it was first held in 2008, GFG has become one of the biggest and most anticipated annual LAN parties in the United States. Proceeds collected from ticket sales and the event’s activities support all our programs, bringing kids in hospitals around the world a sense of normalcy with the power of play.
It doesn’t get any better than hanging out, having fun, and playing video games with other like-minded people knowing that you’re doing it for a worthy cause. If you’re ready to partake in the fun, save the date!

We’re pleased to confirm that Gamers For Giving 2026 will take place on April 10-12, 2026 at the George Gervin GameAbove (G3) Center at Eastern Michigan University!
Tickets to attend the event will go on sale soon, with early access for select GRID members!
Can’t come to Michigan? No problem. You can still contribute to GFG by joining the online Streamathon and broadcasting from the comfort of your own home. We’ll have more details on how to get started soon, but until then, we hope you’re hyped!
It’s All For The Kids
Millions of children and their families have to be in hospitals all around the world for a multitude of reasons. It’s scary, it’s stressful, and it’s often not fun. Our mission at Gamers Outreach has always been to make the experience easier. With your support for events like GFG, our programs continue to restore a sense of excitement and normalcy to children. Your contributions bring them a stronger sense of hope that better days are on the way.

Every year, we receive more requests for GO Karts, and we need your help to provide healthcare facilities with the equipment to bring more smiles to these deserving kids. In its 17-year history, the video game community has helped raise millions of dollars during GFG, and we look forward to making GFG 2026 the biggest one yet! You can read more about our impact in last year’s annual report or check out the official GFG website.
That’s all we’ll share today. For now, you can follow our socials for all the latest information about all things #GFG2026!
See you at GFG!
