Great news, fellow gamers! Next week, the Gamers Outreach team is descending upon San Diego to participate in TwitchCon 2016!
If you’re attending the show, be sure to stop by our booth and say hello! We’ll be located in the TwitchCon Charity Plaza, sponsored by Tiltify.
Here’s an outline of what we’ve got planned:
- GO Kart Prototype
We’re bringing our GO Kart prototype to TwitchCon! This is the first “model” unit we’ve created of our new GO Karts. As a TwitchCon attendee – you’ll be among the first to see the new GO Kart in-person! We’ll be displaying the prototype from within our booth, and sharing how the new units will be making an impact in hospitals for years to come. Swing by and check it out!
- Tiltify Decathalon
As an organization rooted in esports, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to compete in the Tiltify Decathalon. Throughout the week, some of our favorite streamers will be competing in a variety of tournaments to help raise money in support of Gamers Outreach programs! You can catch all the action, or make a donation to the tournament pool at http://twitchcon.tiltify.com/. - Special Guest: Flamesword
Our good friend Mike “Flamesword” Chaves will be attending TwitchCon as an ambassador for Gamers Outreach! A member of the renowned esports team “OpTic Gaming,” Flamesword has been involved with Gamers Outreach for a number of years – and has built two GO Karts for hospitals! Say hello to Flamesword, and learn how you can stream in support of your own hospitals.
- Raffle, Merch, & Donations
There will be a variety of ways to support Gamers Outreach during your time at the show. We’ll be accepting donations, and displaying our new merchandise from Design By Humans. We’ll also be raffling away an Xbox One console! All of this will be happening from the Gamers Outreach booth. All donations will help us ramp up for our first batch of new GO Karts this Fall!
