Last year, we announced a partnership with HyperX, one of the premier brands in gaming peripherals and accessories today.
Through this collaboration in 2024, HyperX has helped successfully fund 10 new GO Karts, portable gaming kiosks that provide entertainment to children in hospitals.
Helping Hospitals In Need
The 10 GO Karts went to St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital in Boise, St. Luke’s Idaho Elks Children’s Pavilion also in Boise, St. Luke’s Meridian ER in Meridian, Marshfield Medical Center in Park Falls, and INTEGRIS Health facilities located in Ponca City, Canadian Valley, and Grove.
That’s seven different hospitals across six cities in the three states of Idaho, Wisconsin, and Oklahoma.
Based on initial data received from these hospitals, these new GO Karts will support 13,000 patients a year. That’s 65,000 patients over the next five years. These donations represent the first GO Karts at each of the listed facilities, which are located in health care deserts.
“Health care deserts” are communities where access to essential medical services like hospitals, clinics, or basic resources are severely limited or nonexistent. If regions are struggling to provide even basic medical care, it highlights how much they lack supplementary services that enhance quality of life. Gamers Outreach steps in to fill that gap, delivering GO Karts to hospitals (and children) who need them the most.

There’s nothing like seeing new GO Karts alongside happy kids, volunteers, and health professionals!

They’ve even provided a welcomed distraction to help our staff complete medical care on children.”

HyperX has supported Gamers Outreach as early as 2018, consistently enriching charity streams, fundraisers, and community events.
In 2024 alone, HyperX participated as a sponsor in several annual events such as Gamers For Giving, VTuber Summer Slam, and Spooktacular Streamathon. As part of the collaboration, they supplied premium gear for various contests and activations, provided support to various individual fundraising efforts, and more.
